Recommended, but not at £59.97, which was the price I paid on Amazon for this AirPhysio Sports Edition O2 Exercise Device.
The device is really useful for training your lungs. Sturdy plastic, easy to use, even fun at times. I can blow 2x the power after continuous use (10 minutes per day).
Mine was a blown up price, due to, I suspect, the covid 19 pandemic.

Feeling well and truly ripped off.
Don’t buy all parts probably cost less than £10. Wish I hadn’t bought
